Shipping Policy
Shipping fee is determined by your country/region and products you ordered. Our system will calculate automatically on the checkout page.
*Our web store‘s checkout currency is US Dollars (USD).
*Transportation to remote regions may cause a delay of 1-2 days in the delivery of your order.
Order Tracking Information
You will receive a notice of shipment email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.
You may also track your order in the account center.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Shipment Carriers
Our current primary shipping carrier are DHL Express.
Shipping Restrictions
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Delivery and Inspection
As our printers are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, Bambu Lab will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video. If you notice any damage to the packaging, items are missing or damaged, please contact customer support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
Important Notice for International Orders
All prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT and other taxes.
When you order products for shipment to destinations outside of Hong Kong, your order may be subject to Import Charges, which can include customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the customs authority or the courier in your destination country.
Such Import Charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon or prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information about applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.
