SECTION 15-GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

Unless the laws of the jurisdiction to which this website's services are subject impose mandatory provisions on the governing law and the method of dispute resolution.  The Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of China (Mainland) without reference to the conflict laws. Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to the Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding any obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The arbitration language will be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both of the Parties.
