Product Introduction

Testimonials

Creality’s CR-30 uses a conveyor belt to keep the printing going even when you’re not around to supervise. You can even print really long parts that wouldn’t fit on a normal print bed. As the CR-30 prints one item, its textured belt carries it away so the next workload can begin. In our tests, the printer spit out 10 different parts in 15 and a half hours, without any errors.

The CR-30 from Creality is a new way of exploring your creative impulses on a much larger scale than ever before. I have really enjoyed my time with it, and now it is mounted to my wall, it is getting even more use. I will continue to learn and grow with the machine, and with the help of the small but dedicated community, make better and better prints each time.

An infinite-Z build volume printer, the 3DPrint Mill is distinctive not only for its conveyor-belt style print bed but also the angled gantry that the print head travels around. It’s a very specific design that introduces a couple of desirable traits in a 3D printer: continuous printing, and the ability to print unsupported overhangs.

Overall, the Creality CR-30 is a printer which has some nice use cases for some people. If you are a prop maker, who will print a lot of swords or long objects, then yes, the printer is great for this purpose. You will be able to print your models in less pieces, with less post processing.

In general, we liked the CR-30 3D printer, at least for its originality. It is definitely not universal, but in some situations it can be very useful.

FAQ

The printing size is limitless length*200*170mm, the printer size is 535*656*410mm.

PLA, ABS,TPU,PETG,PA, all of these filament can be printed, may be the PLA is easier to print well.

1. Confirm whether it is installed on the C drive of the computer;

2. The software is not compatible with the computer system, please contact the after-sales personnel to help solve.

Please click the button of the temperature control, then you can set the temperature automatically to select PLA, or choose to manually set the temperature (nozzle up to 250, hot bed up to 100), and just wait for the temperature to rise.

Manual temperature setting requires us to set the appropriate printing temperature. Automatic temperature setting mainly has two options of PLA and ABS. Select one of them, and the machine will automatically start to heat up according to the temperature set by the program.

"1.Turn on the power supply, then click the button of temperature control to select the manual temperature setting.

2.Please heat the nozzle to 200 degrees Celsius at first;

3. Then use cutting pliers to cut and straighten the front end of the filament at a 45-degree angle and open the extrusion clamp,  pass the filament into the extruder kit along the cut-off detection aperture;until the filaments flow out from the machine nozzle."

The machine has the function of continuous power off,  it can continue printing when the power is restored normally.

Normal room temperature is sufficient. If the ambient temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, the temperature of the hot bed needs to be increased to about 60 degrees Celsius for printing.

The default is 0.4mm, which can be replaced with other aperture nozzles such as 0.2, 0.6, 0.8, etc. At the same time, the layer height and wall thickness in the slicing software also need to be modified simultaneously

The progress percentage value and time display on the display can be used as a reference.
