📦 What’s Covered

  • Loss: European domestic packages not delivered 30 days after order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) are considered lost. 
  • Damage: Worry-Free Purchase covers item damages to the point that the item(s) are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc., but does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items.
  • Delay: European domestic packages not delivered 10 days after order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) are considered delayed.
  • Carbon-Neutral Shipping: All domestic shipments include carbon offsetting to support environmental sustainability.

🛒 How It Works

  • Opt-In: Add Seel Worry-Free Purchase Protection at checkout.
  • Confirmation: Receive a confirmation email with your coverage details and claim instructions.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any loss, damage, or delay via the Seel Resolution Center.
  • Resolution: Seel will review and respond to your claim. If approved, compensation will be issued via your selected payout method.

📝 Claim Submission Guidelines

  • Loss Claims:
    • International: Report if not delivered within 60 days.
    • May require supporting documents: police report, security footage, carrier letter, or official notice from a building/authority.
  • Damage Claims:
    • Report within 15 days of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Delay Claims:
    • International: Eligible after 30 days.
    • No documents required; tracking info will be used to assess.

Note: All claims must be submitted within 90 days of your order date.

💰 Payout Options

  • PayPal: Multi-currency supported, funds arrive instantly.
  • Venmo: Euro only, funds arrive instantly.
  • Direct Deposit: Euro transfers via German/Austrian account, arrive in 1–3 business days.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

  • Within 24 hours: Use the cancellation link in your Seel confirmation email to receive a full refund.
  • After 24 hours: Contact our support team at store.eu@creality.com for a special refund request.
