- Confirmation: Receive a confirmation email with your coverage details and claim instructions.
- Issue Reporting: Report any loss, damage, or delay via the Seel Resolution Center.
- Resolution: Seel will review and respond to your claim. If approved, compensation will be issued via your selected payout method.

- May require supporting documents: police report, security footage, carrier letter, or official notice from a building/authority.

- No documents required; tracking info will be used to assess.
