Improved CoreXY structure with high-precision servo stepper motors, while the Z-axis adopts an independent double-Z structure with two servo stepper motors, up to 600 mm/s, acceleration up to 30,000 mm/s², and the maximum nozzle flow rate is 40 mm³/s.

Adoption of proprietary high-precision industrial servo motors, which is the only technology used in the industry for consumer FDM3D printers such as the K2 Plus.

The FOC system is based on real-time motor position feedback, with high dynamic response capability, using high-frequency PWM current pulse, constantly adjusting the motor state, how much torque the motor needs, how much electrical energy is input, in order to ensure accurate movement, but also to maintain a relatively low average load.

The K2 Plus integrates a variety of intelligent features, including automatic leveling, AI calibration, intelligent vibration pattern optimization and active belt tension, remote operation and monitoring, etc. These features allow users to easily control the printer from a computer or cell phone and monitor it in real time to ensure that print jobs are completed smoothly.

In addition, the K2 Plus is equipped with an AI detection function that will detect whether the platform is correctly placed and whether there are any other items or models on the platform before printing, and intelligently detects accidents such as jamming, tangling, and blanking during the printing process, and automatically pauses the job to remind the user of manual intervention.

Creality CFS (Creality Filament System)

The CFS is an intelligent filament management system that handles filament storage, management, and automatic feeding and refeeding, enabling seamless multi-color printing and automatic refills.

Equipped with over ten sensors, CFS monitors filament conditions, detecting issues like feeding failures, tray jams, or filament tangles to ensure smooth printing.

While CFS lacks an active drying function, it can maintain filament freshness with desiccants. Since users aren’t printing most of the time, we prioritized effective storage over built-in drying to keep costs manageable. Adding active drying would have significantly raised the product's price.

The CFS connects directly to the K2 Plus via a 485 cable, which serves both data and power functions, eliminating the need for an additional power supply. A single CFS unit can expand up to four groups for larger setups.

The software mix is renewed across the board. The latest Creality OS supports multi-filament management. The Creality Print 5.1 has been fully upgraded with support for 3MF format, multi-color slicing, over 40 built-in material presets, and remote machine management capabilities. The Creality Cloud APP offers even better 3D models and features.
