The 350*350*350mm print size not only meets large model requirements, but also reduces average waste when printing small models in batches.

CFS (Creality Filament System) - Multi-Color Printing The Creality Filament System (CFS) enhances multi-color printing, supporting up to 16 different filaments through four modules. Features include:

RFID Identification : Automatic recognition of filament types. Automatic Feeding and Refeeding : Ensures seamless filament management for uninterrupted printing. Flexible Expansion : Allows integration with various filament types, including water-soluble options. Sturdy "Matrix" Frame

The frame is made of all-metal one-piece die casting, which ensures the reliability of the fuselage and the stability of the high-intensity printing process over a long period of time; the use of one-piece die casting and greatly reduces the difficulty of assembly in the factory, and reduces the number of parts from dozens of original parts to four, which guarantees the quality of production from the design side.

Next-gen Direct Drive Extruder

The servo motor-powered extruder integrates advanced AI calibration and dynamic heat control, reducing filament jamming risks. Other highlights include:

Hardened steel nozzle with an integrated cutter. Simplified maintenance with magnetically attached covers. Real-time extrusion monitoring for precision. Step-Servo Motor System The K2 Plus uses proprietary FOC-controlled servo motors for precise, high-speed operation. Key benefits:

Speed : Print speeds up to 600 mm/s with 30,000 mm/s² acceleration. Quiet Operation : Average noise levels remain as low as 48dB. Accuracy : Ensures no step loss and consistent positioning, even during high-speed prints. Note : In the case of monochrome printing, the noise level under the standard printing speed ≤ 45dB [no need to reduce the speed of printing].

Step-servo Motor System

Improved CoreXY structure with high-precision servo stepper motors, while the Z-axis adopts an independent double-Z structure with two servo stepper motors, up to 600 mm/s, acceleration up to 30,000 mm/s², and the maximum nozzle flow rate is 40 mm³/s.

Adoption of proprietary high-precision industrial servo motors, which is the only technology used in the industry for consumer FDM3D printers such as the K2 Plus.

The FOC system is based on real-time motor position feedback, with high dynamic response capability, using high-frequency PWM current pulse, constantly adjusting the motor state, how much torque the motor needs, how much electrical energy is input, in order to ensure accurate movement, but also to maintain a relatively low average load.

Servo motor for XYZ: low noise, no step loss. Servo motor for extruder: low heat generation, no jamming. The K2 Plus integrates a variety of intelligent features, including automatic leveling, AI calibration, intelligent vibration pattern optimization and active belt tension, remote operation and monitoring, etc. These features allow users to easily control the printer from a computer or cell phone and monitor it in real time to ensure that print jobs are completed smoothly.

In addition, the K2 Plus is equipped with an AI detection function that will detect whether the platform is correctly placed and whether there are any other items or models on the platform before printing, and intelligently detects accidents such as jamming, tangling, and blanking during the printing process, and automatically pauses the job to remind the user of manual intervention.

Others The XY axis control system is equipped with an active belt tensioning module (consisting of a tensioning motor and pressure sensor) to ensure that the belt tension is in the optimal range, improving the extrusion head's operational stability and thus optimizing the model's vibration pattern performance. The hinged door design of the K2 Plus allows for a larger opening angle (145°) and reduces the risk of glass door breakage due to excessive force. K2 Plus has a total of 6 cooling/heating fans, which can realize active chamber temperature thermostat control. Support multiple networking methods (2.4/5g Wifi, RJ45, LAN), support USB stick. 32GB internal storage CFS (Creality Filament System) - Multi-color, Intelligent, Easy to Use

The CFS is an intelligent filament management system that handles filament storage, management, and automatic feeding and refeeding, enabling seamless multi-color printing and automatic refills.

Equipped with over ten sensors, CFS monitors filament conditions, detecting issues like feeding failures, tray jams, or filament tangles to ensure smooth printing.

While CFS lacks an active drying function, it can maintain filament freshness with desiccants. Since users aren’t printing most of the time, we prioritized effective storage over built-in drying to keep costs manageable. Adding active drying would have significantly raised the product's price.

The CFS connects directly to the K2 Plus via a 485 cable, which serves both data and power functions, eliminating the need for an additional power supply. A single CFS unit can expand up to four groups for larger setups.

The software mix is renewed across the board. The latest Creality OS supports multi-filament management. The Creality Print 5.1 has been fully upgraded with support for 3MF format, multi-color slicing, over 40 built-in material presets, and remote machine management capabilities. The Creality Cloud APP offers even better 3D models and features.
