Creality at Auckland Home Show 2026: 3D Printing Highlights

Creality Brings 3D Creation to Auckland Home Show 2026 Creality brought its growing 3D creation ecosystem to Auckland Home Show 2026, held at Auckland Showgrounds in Greenlane from 11–13 September. At the booth, visitors could explore how 3D printers , 3D scanners , multicolour systems and laser engravers work together to turn ideas and real-world objects into finished creations. Highlights included the new Pika AI 3D scanner, K2 Combo and SPARKX i7 Combo, alongside Falcon T1, Falcon A1C, Sermoon P1 and Nexbie 3D-printed shoes. Through live demonstrations and hands-on displays, visitors could see complete creative workflows in action — from capturing an object or preparing a digital model to producing a finished physical piece. The following highlights take a closer look at some of the products and experiences that stood out at the show.

Pika in the Spotlight: Portable 3D Scanning One of the biggest highlights at the booth was Pika , Creality's compact AI 3D scanner. At around 260g, Pika is designed to make 3D scanning easier to do away from a fixed workstation. Its compact body allows users to move naturally around an object, making portable 3D scanning especially easy to understand in a live demonstration. Pika combines seven parallel blue laser lines with NIR structured light. In blue-laser mode, its specified accuracy reaches up to 0.03 mm, while scanning speeds can reach up to 110 fps when connected to a PC. At the Home Show, however, the most interesting part was the workflow itself. Visitors could see how a real object could be captured, converted into a digital 3D model, and then prepared for editing, archiving, or another creative project. For makers, designers and people discovering 3D scanning for the first time, Pika offered an accessible introduction to turning the physical world into digital content.

K2 Combo: Multicolour Printing in Action While Pika showed how physical objects can become digital models, the K2 Combo demonstrated the journey in the opposite direction — turning digital designs into colourful physical creations. As a multicolour 3D printer, K2 Combo pairs the K2 with Creality's CFS filament system for automatic filament identification, feeding and multicolour management. At the booth, visitors could watch the FDM printer build a model layer by layer and see several colours become part of one finished object. The K2 offers a 260 × 260 × 260 mm build volume and print speeds of up to 600 mm/s, giving creators room for everything from colourful figures to decorative and personalised projects. More importantly, in an exhibition setting, visitors could inspect the finished prints themselves — seeing the colour combinations, details and surfaces at close range rather than only reading about them online.

SPARKX i7 Combo: Easy Multicolour Printing The SPARKX i7 Combo offers a simpler entry into multi-colour 3D printing, with automatic levelling, Z-offset and input shaping reducing setup before printing. It features a 260 × 260 × 255 mm build volume, speeds of up to 500 mm/s and, with CFS Lite, four-slot multi-colour printing with automatic filament management. At the booth, visitors could see how these automated features make it easier to get started and leave more time for creating.

Beyond 3D Printing: More from Creality The rest of the booth showed that Creality's ecosystem now reaches beyond 3D printers. Falcon T1 and Falcon A1C introduced laser engraving and cutting for creative projects, while Sermoon P1 extended the 3D scanning workflow with blue-laser and NIR structured-light technologies. Nexbie 3D-printed shoes offered a different kind of example altogether. Instead of demonstrating another machine, the footwear showed how additive manufacturing can become a finished consumer product. Its digitally generated lattice structure illustrates how 3D-printed footwear can combine design, cushioning, ventilation and a distinctive one-piece form. Together, these products connected scanning, digital design, printing and fabrication within one broader creation workflow.

Highlights from the Creality Booth Beyond the product displays, live demonstrations gave visitors a chance to see 3D printing and scanning technologies working in real time. Guests could watch multi-colour models take shape, see scanning in action and examine finished figures, samples and 3D-printed gifts up close. Creality team members were on hand to explain different workflows and answer questions from beginners and experienced makers alike. Visitors could also scan a QR code to follow Creality on Instagram and receive a small 3D-printed gift. For visitors curious about 3D printing, those hands-on moments made the technology easier to understand than specifications alone — turning the booth into a place to watch, ask, touch and discover.

What's Next for Creality Auckland Home Show 2026 gave Creality another opportunity to meet users face to face, hear their feedback and better understand what local makers value in their creative workflows.
