Creality K1C Fault Codes Troubleshooting and Solutions
Error codes are used as a guide to identify machine problems. When confronted with a fault code, users are advised to follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
This document lists error codes for the K1C and provides possible solutions to these problems, allowing users to diagnose and correct problems using the error code mechanism.

2564 Error Code
1. Phenomenon Description
The screen displays "Error, key: 2564, Extruder not heating as expected."
2. Cause Analysis
1. Thermoistor terminal wire not plugged in during hotend heating.
2. Ceramic heating block/thermistor wire of the hot end is loose or not tightly inserted.
3. Broken or cracked solder joints on the wires of the ceramic heating ring at the hot end.
4. Hot end thermistor loosening.
3. Troubleshooting and Solution
1. Open the hot end cover and check the assembly of the ceramic heating wire and thermistor wire on the hotend board. Ensure the thermistor is inserted correctly.
2. Remove the hot end silicon sock to check for abnormalities such as cracks on the ceramic heating ring.
3. Secure the loose thermistor on the hot end.
3002 Error Code
1. Phenomenon Description
Error, key: 3002 appears on the screen.
2. Cause Analysis
1. The nozzle drag chain cable is abnormal or the terminal connection (the port number on main board: J51 ) is loose
2. The drag cable of the leveling plate is abnormal or the terminal connection (end number: J11 on the mainboard) is loose
3. The firmware of the upper computer does not match the firmware version of the lower computer, etc
4. Main board is abnormal
3. Troubleshooting and Solution
1. Replace the nozzle drag chain cable or re-plug the terminal.
2. Replace the leveling drag chain cable or re-plug the terminal.
3. Upgrade firmware.
4. Replace the main board.
2509 Error Code
1. Phenomenon Description
Anomalies in the nozzle temperature display on the machine.
2. Cause Analysis
1. Thermal sensitivity issues.
2. Damage or improper insertion of the thermal sensitivity wire.
3. Problems with the nozzle board.
3. Troubleshooting and Solution
1. Check for loose, damaged, or broken thermal sensitivity wiring.
2. Replug the thermal sensitivity ribbon cable.
