Shipping Time and Rules
The shipping time varies depending on the product's availability. The estimated shipping time is displayed when you place an order on the Creality Store. Typically, your products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Bundle products might be shipped in multiple packages, so please note that each package may have different delivery times.
Delivery and Shipping Fee
Orders within North America are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or ePacket, depending on the weight and size of the product. Currently, we do not ship to remote areas, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, we are planning to expand our delivery options to these regions in the future.

Important Update: As of August 29, 2024, we will no longer offer free shipping. We understand this change may cause some inconvenience, but it ensures that we continue providing high-quality service and faster delivery. Shipping fees will vary based on the product type and order amount, with specific rates displayed at checkout.
Delivery and Inspection
Since our printers are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. If you are unavailable during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time, ensuring you can successfully receive the package.
Once you (or someone on your behalf) receive the item, Creality will consider this as acceptance of the packaging, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, we strongly advise recording a complete unboxing video. If you find any damage to the packaging, missing items, or product damage, please get in touch with Creality Support within 24 hours of receiving the package for immediate assistance.
Creality assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:
- Shipping time might be delayed by 1-2 days for transportation to remote regions.
- Delay or delivery failure due to the consigneeās actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown or incorrect address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusing to receive the package, etc.
- Delay due to force majeure. āForce majeureā refers to unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situations and other conditions causing delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather conditions), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
- Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.
- Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consigneeās address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.
- The consigneeās address is a school, unit, or residential community to which the courier has no access.
Order and Logistics Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can click the link to be redirected to the courierās official website to view the package's shipping status. You can also log into your Creality account and view "My Orders" or contact Creality Support for further assistance.
