3. What does the 2‑year warranty include?
Standard 1‑year warranty – covers manufacturing defects.
Free 1‑year extended warranty – covers core components (mainboard, motors, extruder, hotend, etc.).
Accidental 2 years damage protection - covers damage caused by accidental events during normal use.
The maximum compensation does not exceed the actual purchase price of the product.
4. Are filaments and accessories covered by the 2‑year warranty?
No. Filaments, nozzles, build plates, and other consumables are not covered. For accessories, please refer to the warranty information included with the product.
5. Do I need to register to activate the extended warranty?
No registration required. The extended warranty is automatically activated for purchases made during the promotion. Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
6. How do I file a warranty claim?
