1. Scope of Application

a. The loyalty program is currently exclusive to the Creality Store. Specific rules for membership levels and benefits are subject to the regulations of the site you register with.

b. Points, membership levels, member benefits, gift cards, and coupons are restricted to the site you selected during registration and cannot be used or redeemed across different sites.

2. Membership Upgrade

a. To reach a specific membership level, all conditions must be met simultaneously.

b. Points will be settled and credited 14 days after the order is shipped. However, this does not include amounts related to refunds, rejections, cancellations, or payments made using Creality gift cards.

c. Membership levels are calculated based on the total historical orders associated with the member's account.

3. Terms and Conditions

3.1 Agreement

By joining the loyalty program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the relevant rules. Creality reserves the right to change, restrict, or modify VIP rules, rewards, membership qualifications, and other aspects of the program at any time, as well as to terminate the program at its discretion. All changes will be communicated via the website or email. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified rules.

3.2 Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account on the website or by contacting Creality customer service. Please note that canceling your membership will limit you to shopping as a guest on store.creality.com, and any remaining points or rewards will be forfeited.

3.3 Responsibility

If the program cannot operate as intended for any reason, Creality reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the terms, including adjustments to points, membership levels, and benefits. This may result in the loss of purchases and the cancellation of all rewards and benefits associated with the program. Any misuse, non-compliance, false statements, or actions that harm Creality’s interests (including fraud or attempted fraud) may result in the cancellation of your membership and disqualification from future participation.

3.4 Communication

Creality will notify you of any changes, suspensions, or terminations to the terms or rewards via the website, email, or updates on this page. If you unsubscribe from notifications, you may miss important updates, and no compensation will be provided for program changes or suspensions. However, Creality may still send essential information related to your account and the loyalty program.

3.5 Interpretation Rights

Creality reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, including adjustments to points, membership levels, and benefits. All final interpretation rights belong to Creality.
