Tools You’ll Need H2.0 Hexagonal Wrench New Hotend Module Step by Step Hotend Replacement Guide 1. Lower the Platform

Move the platform to the middle or lower area of the printer to create workspace.

2. Remove the Extruder Cover

Detach the magnetic outer cover of the extruder.

3. Cool Down the Nozzle

Set the nozzle temperature to 0°C and wait for it to cool below 50°C.

4. Power Off the Printer

Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord for safety.

5. Disconnect the Thermistor

Unplug the thermistor terminal.

6. Disconnect the Heating Element

Unplug the heating terminal.

7. Remove the Old Hotend

Use the hexagonal wrench to unscrew the four M3 screws securing the hotend. Carefully remove the old module.

8. Install the New Hotend

Place the new hotend in position and secure it with the four M3 screws using the wrench.

9. Reconnect the Heating Element

Plug the heating terminal back into its slot.

10. Reconnect the Thermistor
