Like any company, the past year has been full of challenges. We’ve dealt with delays, supply chain shortages, unexpected issues, rework, malfunctions, mistakes, and quality concerns.

We sincerely apologize for the K2 Plus shipping delays and, as a thank you for your patience, we've provided a lifetime discount code to the affected users. Regarding the Ender-5 MAX safety issue, we swiftly replaced the impacted units and strengthened our quality control to ensure such problems are prevented in the future.

Partnered with Tecnocubo to donate printers and materials for relief efforts. Allocated $7,000 for essentials—water, food, and mattresses. Delivered nearly 4,000 supplies to affected communities. This was more than just a donation—it was about showing up for people in their time of need.
